This was a full building renovation consisting of residential units. Key to the project was the vision of DeCew as a beehive of campus life through the introduction of flexible student, staff and faculty spaces. A sensitive contrast between the old and new construction ranges from minimal interventions throughout the building, to major corridor bump-outs and openings in floors providing access to daylight.
